The oven features ceramic plates with minimal flame adjustment and a thermostatic temperature control that ranges from low to high, providing consistent cooking for a variety of meats. Safety and hygiene are enhanced with a removable burner protection mesh, a removable drip tray, and rounded edges for easy cleaning.
