Returns & Exchanges Policy
At s.t.o.p. Restaurant Supply, we strive to provide high-quality kitchenware and home essentials; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that special orders and certain commercial-grade equipment may be subject to a restocking fee.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via your preferred carrier to our central distribution warehouse for inspection.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
