This high-performance cooking unit features a durable stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both longevity and easy cleaning in demanding kitchen environments. Each 18″ section is equipped with heavy cast iron top grates and two concentric ring-type burners, delivering a powerful combined input of 110,000 BTU/hr. The standing pilot ignition system offers reliable, ready-to-use operation, while two infinite heat control valves per section provide precise temperature regulation for various cooking needs. A built-in heat shield safeguards the control valves from excessive heat exposure, and a 3⁄4″ rear gas connection with an integrated gas pressure regulator ensures safe and consistent gas flow.
